i found the staff to be very helpful and polite. the hotel's close proximity to transportation hubs made getting around really easy. the key card entry after 11pm ensured i felt secure here. room 221, was clean. it made my yearly visit a pleasure

Check-in was fast. I got a room higher up, just as i requested. the breakfast surprised me. It had good variety, including fruit and yogurt. staff members were helpful. They gave good suggestions for nearby restaurants.
the hotel only has one iron! it made waiting difficult.

the staff was very friendly. the air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature. the reception offered refreshing drinks upon arrival. i found the room very clean and well-kept for the duration of my stay.

the location was fantastic (i loved being so close to the heathrow express). the staff was polite and always available at the 24-hour reception. the room had comfy beds, and everything was clean on arrival.
soundproofing could be better. i could hear doors opening and closing, and the vibrations from the underground were noticeable.
